I use my special no-fail recipe for this
Steps

Wash, cut, season and cook your meat and ponmo till tender

Add dried fish and stockfish to the meat. Cook till tender

In a separate pot, Sautee your chopped onions in palm oil.

Blend and add tatase and shombo. Fry till the water dries up

Add the grinded groundnut and stir for about two to three minutes

Pour in the protein and fish broth. Stir and add salt, seasoning cubes, and crayfish to taste

Cover and leave to cook. Then add washed and cut Ugwu leaves. Leave to cook for a few minutes

Stir and add water if necessary to get the consistency you like.

Serve and enjoy with any swallow of your choice
