Steps

Boil water and add pasta and salt and boil for 10 min. When cook, drain then transfer in cool water.

Chop garlic, green chilli and onion set aside.

Blanch spinach and transfer to chilled water. When cool squeeze out water. Than chopped finely and set aside.

Take a pan. Add 2 tsp oil, when oil is hot add garlic, saute till raw arroma goes off. Add chill and onion and saute until onion becomes translucent add spinach and cook for 2-3 min. Add salt and black pepper and turn off flame.

Take a another pan. Add 1 tsp oil add maida, saute until become light golden brown. Add milk and stir constantly to avoid lump. Add spinach mixture and pasta and cook on low flame for 3-4 min. Add cheese and switch off flame.

Garnished with basil leaves and serve hot.
