Kenya's maize meal or Sima in Swahili language
Steps

Boil water in a deep pan or a sufuria until it boils.

Add the maize flour and keep on stirring with a strong wooden spoon.

Keep stirring and pressing the mixture against the sides of the pan to break up the lumps.

Keep adding the flour as you continue mixing. Cook until it is firm enough. The ugali should not be too hard or too soft.

Allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn the ugali over onto a plate and serve.
