There's nothing better than a spoonful sip from a bowl of hot soup in the chilling winter evenings.
Steps

First ready all the vegetables. Wash and dice and chop them. Take them in a pressure cooker.

Add 1glass of water and cook to 4 whistles. Transfer to a big plate. Cool completely. Take in mixer jar, add in. 1tsp malai and churn smooth.

Strain using a soup strainer

Take in a big utensil and add in the seasonings. Addbwater and set the desired consistency.

Bring to a boil. Serve hot with toast, pulao, soup stick or khakhra.
