2large potatoes
100 gspring onion chopped with greens
1 cupvegetable stock
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper powder
1 tspchopped parsley or coriander
1/2 tsplemon juice

Pressure cook the potatoes, onion with greens and stock. Blend and strain

Heat the soup add salt and pepper and mix well. Add lemon juice serve hot garnish with parsley or coriander.
