Mix boiled and shredded boneless chicken cubes, boiled and mashed potato, two wet bread slices or fresh bread crumbs and mash well. Set aside.Heat oil in a wok and add minced garlic.Saute and add chopped onion and toss.Add cubed carrot and stir fry.

Next add capsicum, shredded cabbage and spring onion.Stir fry 5 minutes.To the shredded and mashed chicken, add ginger garlic paste,black pepper, turmeric and red chilli powder,cumin powder,garam masala, kasoori methi,soy sauce, green chilli sauce, MSG and salt to taste.Mix and mash well. Add this dough to the stir fried vegetables. Fry 5 minutes till all are well mixed and leaves the sides of pan.Sprinkle chopped coriander and toss.Add 2 tbsp roasted chickpea flour or cornflour for binding.

For shaping the donuts :
Pinch balls from the cooked dough.Smear oil on both hands.Flaltten the ball and using your finger, make a hole in the centre to get the donut shape.Make a slurry of cornflour and all-purpose flour or egg.Toss each donut in dry flour.Then dip in the slurry.Next smear breadcrumbs on all sides.Makes 15 donuts. - 4
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the donuts in batches in medium heat till golden brown. Flip in between to brown both sides and it takes about 3-5 minutes per donut to get a crispy crust while soft inside.Drain them on kitchen towel and serve hot with tomato sauce and green chilli sauce.
