Today I made soft and tasty beetroot appam with beetroot and some veggies. We can also be made using vegetables and spices available at home.

Today I made soft and tasty beetroot appam with beetroot and some veggies. We can also be made using vegetables and spices available at home.
Steps

In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients except oil and baking soda and prepare a medium-thick batter, similar to Idli batter. Add water if needed. Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Grease the appe pan and turn on the flame. Check the batter; if it's thick, add some water and mix it well. Now add baking soda and oil and mix well. Now add a spoonful of batter to each cavity and a few drops of oil on the sides. Cover and let it cook.

Once cooked on one side, flip to the other side and let it cook. Add oil if needed.

Beetroot appams are Ready for serve with hot tea.
