Ingredients

  • 2 pcspotatoes
  • 1 pcstomato
  • 1 pcscarrot
  • 1onion
  • 6 pcsgarlic
  • 3 cmginger
  • leavescoriander
  • leavescurry
  • cardamum
  • 1 packetmilk
  • kurma powder
  • fermented soya
  • 100 gchicken
  • chicken stock
  • chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour oil and saute onion Ginger garlic along with curry leaves. Add chicken and chillies

  2. 2

    Then mix kurma powder,tomatoes and potatoes, fermented soya and cardamum to boil

  3. 3

    Add carrot and milk

  4. 4

    Add coriander leaves

  5. 5

    Add salt n chicken stock.
