Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp.Nutcessity nut butter (I used Gingerbread Spiced)
  2. 400 grolled oats
  3. 9 tbsp.rapeseed oil
  4. 8 tbsp.syrup (I used agave)
  5. 1banana
  6. salt
  7. Handfulseeds to coat (I used sesame)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Lightly coat a 9x9 inch baking tray with 1 tbsp rapeseed oil

  2. 2

    Gently heat the remaining oil, syrup & pinch of salt, whilst mashing the banana with the nut butter & 2 tbsp. water in a separate bowl.

  3. 3

    Once the oil & syrup is combined, add the oats bit by bit until roughly coated. Turn off the heat on the hob.

  4. 4

    Mix in the banana mixture well and turn into the baking tray. Spread over the seeds and press in lightly.

  5. 5

    Bake for around 10 minutes. Leave to cool for a while (if you can!) before cutting into squares and keeping in a Tupperware container. Munch away...

  6. 6

    Use within around 1 week...

YES! Was hoping you'd have a scrummy flapjack recipe. I just have a tinsy bit of that gingerbread butter left, will absolutely need to do this one!
