Add curds to the suji.

Mix it well. Add needed water and with a help of whisk prepare a lump-free batter. Cover it and keep aside for 10 mins. so that suji is soaked well.

In the meantime while suji is soaked, cut veggies. Add some of the spices and salt to it. After 10 mins, add chilli paste, ginger, black pepper powder and salt to batter. Add some water if needed, to adjust the consistency.

Give it a good mix. Heat a tawa. Spread a ladle full batter on it. Keep it little thick.

Spread veggies on it. You can sprinkle extra spices if you wish to. Cover it for a minute or two. Sprinkle some oil on it.

Flip it. Roast on both the sides till golden brown.

Serve hot with coconut chutney and green chutney and enjoy...
