１teaspoon baking power
2 tablespoonbutter
１/2 cup sugar
8eggs

Sieve flour and baking power in a bowl.

Add butter,sugar,and whisk egg

Beat with wooden spoon 2 to 3 min

The mixture should be pale and slightly glossy
5

Spoon the cake mixture into the prepared tin then smooth the surface

Bake for 20 to 30 min

Sponge cake is ready.
