Peel, boil, and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

Drain the potatoes and arrange them as a base on your serving platter. Sprinkle with a little salt, pepper, and olive oil before adding the other ingredients.

Add the remaining ingredients as shown in the photo (drain the canned items, and especially rinse the red kidney beans to remove excess color).

Add a little more salt, pepper, and drizzle with mustard sauce.
