  • 5eggs
  • 1 canevaporated milk
  • 1 canpumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 1 cansweetened condensed milk

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes or until everything is well mixed.

    Pour the mixture into a flan mold, cover, and bake at 350°F for about an hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  3. 3

    You can also cover the flan mold with aluminum foil and cook it in a water bath in a pressure cooker. Once the pressure is on, lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
