Steps

Take oats in a mixer grinder & grind it like flour & sieve it your freshly ground oats flour is ready to use

In a bowl take everything & mix it nicely with your hands so lauki can release water knead it with little water keep aside for 5 minutes

Apply oil / ghee & knead again
Make equal size ball & roll it on rolling board by sprinkle some flour - 4
Heat griddle on gas & roast paratha 🫓 both side by applying ghee till golden spots come on it &

Serve hot with dahi, chutney & meetha Chanda
