Eggless Banana Cake

Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl. Add brown sugar and butter to it and beat well.

In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cardamom and cinnamon powder.
Now add the flour mixture to the banana mixture bowl and whisk together. Do not over-whip. - 3
Preheat the oven to 180⁰. Grease a cake tin with butter and sprinkle some flour on it. Line the bottom of the cake tin with butter paper and pour the prepared mixture on it. Add cashews and almonds on top. Bake in the oven at 180⁰ for 40-45 minutes.
