Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 1/2medium red capsicum, cut into julienne
  • 1/2medium yellow capsicum, cut into julienne
  • 1/2medium green capsicum, cut into julienne
  • 1onion sliced
  • 1/4medium broccoli, separated into florets and blanched
  • 5-6beans, cut into small pieces and blanched
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbspchilli flakes
  • 1 tbsporegano
  • 1 tspgrated ginger
  • 1 tbspchopped garlic
  • 2green chilies chopped
  • 1 tbspbutter

Steps

    Arrenge all ingredients in one place.

    First heat little butter in a grill pan and grill paneer with little salt then cut into small pieces. Keep aside.

    Heat butter in a kadai add chopped garlic, green chilies, and grated ginger and saute few seconds then add sliced onion and fry them on medium heat. Now add red, yellow, green capsicum, salt, mix it and fry. Stir continuously.

    After some time add blanched beans and broccoli florets, mix and fry for 2-3 minutes, now add grilled paneer pieces, and mix it lightly.

    Now add chilli flakes, oregano, mix it properly. Vegetable Stir fry is ready.
