Today I have made healthy Stir fry vegetables with winter special veggies , paneer and spices. It is so attractive and flavourful . It's so easy to make and is big on flavour. This is a perfect healthy tiffin recipe to show your LOVE❤️.

Arrenge all ingredients in one place.

First heat little butter in a grill pan and grill paneer with little salt then cut into small pieces. Keep aside.

Heat butter in a kadai add chopped garlic, green chilies, and grated ginger and saute few seconds then add sliced onion and fry them on medium heat. Now add red, yellow, green capsicum, salt, mix it and fry. Stir continuously.

After some time add blanched beans and broccoli florets, mix and fry for 2-3 minutes, now add grilled paneer pieces, and mix it lightly.

Now add chilli flakes, oregano, mix it properly. Vegetable Stir fry is ready.
