Steps

First soak our millets for a day and keep changing the water every 3-4 hours. Now we will steam millet in cooker for 4-5 whistles.

Now we will let it drain and then add it to the mixer bowl and grind it.

Now add ground millet to it and cook it on low flame until it turns brown in color,Now add dry fruit raisins cardamom powder and saffron to it then add milk and allow it to boil.

Now add jaggery to it and let it thicken and keep stirring.
