Ingredients

  • 1 bunchAfang leaf (blended)
  • 1 bunchwater leaf
  • 4medium fresh pepper (blended)
  • 4 tablespooncrayfish (blended)
  • 1 kgbeef/ 1 big wrap of stock fish
  • 1medium onion to boil the beef
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 cupspalm oil
  • 3cow skin (Kpomo)

    Wash and boil your beef with stock fish,salt and onion only.

  2. 2

    Wash and chop the water leaf and set aside.. pound or blend the afang and set aside..

  3. 3

    Add palm oil to your boiling pot of meat.. cover and allow to boil for about 2min..

  4. 4

    Add seasoning cubes and pepper to the boiling pot of meat and stock.

  5. 5

    Add your cow skin and crayfish... pour your afang and water leaf at the same time so that none over cook..

  6. 6

    Stir well and let it simmer for 10 sec..

  7. 7

    Soup is ready and be served with pounded yam, garri,wheat or semovita
