Ingredients

20 minutes
8 servings
  1. 8salmon fillets
  2. 1/2 cuphoney glazed pecans, crushed
  3. 2 tbsp.lemon juice
  4. To taste, salt
  5. 1/2 tsp.pepper powder
  6. 4 tbsp.mayonnaise
  7. 4 tbsp.honey
  8. 2 tbsp.soy sauce
  9. 1/2 tsp.garlic powder
  10. 1/4 tsp.chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tsp.paprika
  12. 1/4 tsp.onion powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400F/204C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Place salmon on baking sheet and drizzle lemon juice over the fillets.

  3. 3

    Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    In a small combine the honey, mayo, soy and spices and brush the fillets with the glaze.

  5. 5

    Bake for 15 minutes.

  6. 6

    Remove and top fillets with crushed pecans.

  7. 7

    Bake for additional 6 minutes.

  8. 8

    Remove, rest and serve with desired salad or side.
