  • 200gBlack Urad Dal (whole or split) (roasted & powdered)
  • 50gPistachios
  • 3 tbspMoringa Powder
  • 150gJaggery Powder
  • 5TbsGhee
  • 1/4th tspCardamon Powder
  • 1TbsFlax seeds (Optional)

  1. 1

    Dry roast black urad dal until aromatic. Let it cool, then grind into a fine powder.

  2. 2

    Crush pistachios into small bits or coarsely blend them.

  3. 3

    Heat ghee in a pan, add jaggery powder, and let it melt into a sticky syrup.

  4. 4

    Add the roasted urad dal powder, moringa powder, pistachios, flaxseeds, and cardamom to the jaggery syrup. Mix well.
