Wash urad dal and add 2 glass water. Soak it 4 to 5 hour and then drain the water.

Now take in a mixer jar and grind it to fine paste.

Take green chili and ginger and make past. Now add it, salt and beetroot past into the urad dal paste. Now whisk with hand.

Now heat oil for deep frying in a kadai.Take the batter and gently drop it as small or medium big balls into the kadai.

Fry them until they are little change colour on all sides. Remove them from the kadai and soak them up in buttermilk water.

Now coriander, green chili, mint,peanuts, salt, sugar, cumin, lemon juice, ginger and few water in a mixer jar and crush it. Make smooth chutney. Remove in a bowl. Now take curd in a big bowl, add sugar, salt and whisk well. Remove in another bowl.

Gently squeeze off the excess water from the vadas and you can transfer the vadas along with some curd to a serving plate. Garnish them with green chutney, tamarind chutney,curd, red chilli powder, cumin powder, sanchal powder. Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves. (You can spread pomegranate too)
