- 1
Prepare the pistachio cream by finely chopping the pistachios. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler and mix.

Blend everything together for another minute until combined.
- 3
Place the sugar and butter in a bowl. Beat with a whisk. Then add the 2 eggs and beat.
- 4
Gradually add the flour and mix until combined.
- 5
When the whisk can no longer mix well, use your hands. Knead and once combined, add chopped pistachios and chocolate pieces to the dough. Mix everything into the dough.
- 6
Form a ball and make a hole. Add the pistachio cream and close the crumbl cookie with dough. Seal and set aside on a plate, adding the toppings you want on top.
- 7
Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 30 minutes.
- 8
Place in the air fryer for 13 minutes at 356°F (180°C) and they're ready! Let cool a bit to avoid burning yourself and enjoy.

Cocoa Crumble Cookies Cocoa Crumble Cookies
I made this recipe for a fellow Cookpad user (who likes cocoa and chocolate) to thank her for using 100 of my recipes. Here's another one for her!Don't put too much cocoa in the dough as it burns easily (I use 10g).If you flatten the cookies too much, they will burn easily, so make them on the thick side. (They look nicer baked them as balls.)The cookies are soft right out of the oven, but will be firm and crispy once they cool. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan
