Gather all the ingredients for the Rose Pomegranate Lassi, then soak the chia seeds in water for a while until they swell. Peel the pomegranate and extract the seeds.

Now, put the pomegranate seeds in a blender jar and pulse two or three times. Then strain it through a sieve. The pomegranate seeds should not be crushed.

Now add yogurt, milk, and pomegranate juice to the blender jar.
