Cooking Instructions

Gather all the ingredients for the Rose Pomegranate Lassi, then soak the chia seeds in water for a while until they swell. Peel the pomegranate and extract the seeds.

Now, put the pomegranate seeds in a blender jar and pulse two or three times. Then strain it through a sieve. The pomegranate seeds should not be crushed.

Now add yogurt, milk, and pomegranate juice to the blender jar.

Add rose syrup and the soaked chia seeds.

Mix in the fresh cream, add ice, and blend for a while until everything is well mixed.

Your cool and refreshing Rose Pomegranate Lassi is ready. Pour it into a serving glass and garnish with fresh cream, pomegranate seeds, and chia seeds before serving.

I don't have a clay pot, so I shake it in a tumbler covered with a lid (you can use air-tight containers as well.) You can make this whenever you want to drink it, and you don't need to wash cookware afterwards, so this is very convenient.The trick is to shake it really well to make it foamy. The end result is different compared to if you just stirred the ingredients. Finely crushed ice works best. Only use a small amount of ice, enough to cool the drink.
