Chikoo, also known as sapota or sapodilla, is a tropical fruit with a sweet, caramel-like flavor. It's the summer season right now, and it's so much fun to eat cool ice cream. So today I made a chikoo ice cream. It is so yummy, tasty and delicious 😋 and make it easy too.

Let the milk heat up. and take some milk in a separate bowl, add custard powder to it, mix well and keep it aside.

Remove the skin, seeds and white part of the chikoo. Now crush it with a blender.

Now whip the cream.

When the milk comes to a boil, add custard mix, milk and sugar to it and keep stirring. When it becomes thick, turn off the gas flame.

Now when it comes to room temperature, put it in the freezer for 30 minutes, take it out and grind it in a grinder. Now take it out in a separate vessel and add whipped cream and milk powder to it.

Now add crushed chikoo and cocoa powder and mix evenly.

Now put the ice cream mixer in a container, cover it with a tight lid and put it in the freezer for 24 hours.

Now take out the chikoo ice cream. Serve it in a bowl and enjoy the cool ice cream in the summer season.
