Wash,peel & grate chikoo

Add ghee in the wok n roast almonds, cashews after roasting take out of the wok & add ragi flour

Saute for a few seconds and add grated chikoo stirring continuously on a low flame for 3-4 min. It changes colour

Then add melon powder and cook for another 2-3 min.then add jaggery powder mix well

Now add cardamom saunf powder saute well then add mava.mix properly

Chopped almonds+ cashews & add into the halwa.Switch off the flame. Transfer the halwa in the serving dish garnish with left over nuts & grated some mava over it & serve hot 🔥 n enjoy 😋
