3bell peppers
5 1/3 ozmarinated pork jerky (about 150 grams)
3 slicesbutter
1/4onion, finely chopped
1 clovegarlic, finely chopped

Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and carefully remove the seeds and membranes.

Slice the pork jerky into strips, and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in a skillet with oil.

Add the pork jerky to the skillet and cook until done. Remove the meat and chop it finely.

Stuff the peppers with the meat mixture. You can also add the butter. Microwave for 9 minutes. Enjoy!
