Ingredients

  • 12-16raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1medium Grilled Squid
  • 1/2 cupfresh lime juice, from about 4-6 limes
  • 1/4 cupfresh lemon juice, from about 1 lemon, plus zest of 1 lemon grated
  • 1 tablespoonsorange juice
  • 1small red onion finely chopped
  • 1-2Chillies, chopped finely
  • 2ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1avocado, finely chopped - not too ripe
  • Halfripe sweet mango. chopped
  • 1/3 cupfinely chopped cilantro leaves
  • salt
  • Black pepper

Steps

    Chop the shrimp into very small pieces. In a medium bowl add the lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Add the shrimp and chillies and onions. Make sure the shrimp is covered well with the juice. Put in the fridge until the shrimp is fully pink with no gray or raw parts, about 1 - 2 hours depending on size.

    Slice the grilled Squid into the same size as the prawns then add with the tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro. Season with a big pinch of kosher salt and black pepper. Mix to combine. Finally add the mango and carefully stir in so not to break up the avacardo or mango.

    Serve in a nice chilled bowl and eat immediately - So amazing so fresh and SO GOOD :)

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
