Seafood Ceviche - Truly special and amazing
I had this so many times when eating out and never thought to make it - at home it so freash and so amazing and packed full of good things and vitamins.
Steps
- 1
Chop the shrimp into very small pieces. In a medium bowl add the lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Add the shrimp and chillies and onions. Make sure the shrimp is covered well with the juice. Put in the fridge until the shrimp is fully pink with no gray or raw parts, about 1 - 2 hours depending on size.
- 2
Slice the grilled Squid into the same size as the prawns then add with the tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro. Season with a big pinch of kosher salt and black pepper. Mix to combine. Finally add the mango and carefully stir in so not to break up the avacardo or mango.
- 3
Serve in a nice chilled bowl and eat immediately - So amazing so fresh and SO GOOD :)
