Popular Indian snack crispy, crunchy,and satisfying poha namkin. Easy digestible, rich in fiber,good source of energy.
Steps

Sieve the poha well.

Heat the pan roast poha for 5 minutes to become crispy. Keep roasted poha aside.

Heat the oil in pan and add mustard seeds let it sizzle it.

Add cumin seeds and let them pop up.

Add green chilli,curry leaves,dried onion flakes (Optional) and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add penuts,fried gram, sesame,dried coconut dieces and again fry for 2 minutes to become penuts, coconut redish.

Add assofogated, turmeric powder, chilli powder,salt to taste, powder sugar and mix well.

Lower the heat and add roasted poha and mix well for 2 minutes.turn off the flame.

When poha chivda (Namkin) cools down store in airtight container.
