Take a bowl. Add soya flour, besan, wheat flour, asafoetida, cumin, carrom seeds, red chili powder, crushed garlic,ginger, and salt.

Now add water and make dosa batter. Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Heat tawa and apply oil on it. Pour the mixture on tawa and make dosa.

Roast dosa on both sides. Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
