Ingredients

  1. 2 bags (14 oz)frozen corn thawed, drained
  2. 1 cupreal mayonnaise
  3. 16 ozcrumbled feta cheese
  4. 1jalapeno diced (more if you want it spicy)
  5. 1 cupcilantro diced
  6. 2 tbspminced garlic
  7. 1lime, juiced
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. .5 tspcayenne pepper
  10. dashblack pepper

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix corn, mayonnaise, feta cheese, diced jalapeno, and diced cilantro well.

  2. 2

    Add garlic, lime juice, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate at least 15 minutes or overnight. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
