Ingredients

  • For Vatan: 2 Chopped onion 2 Chopped tomatoes, 50 grams sliced dried coconut, 3 tspn seasme seeds,oil,10 cloves of garlic and 1 inch ginger, 1 tspn red chilli powder and 1/2 tspn haldi powder
  • 200 gmath soaked and sprouted
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2potatoes bolied, 1 green chilli Chopped
  • 1tspn haldi powder
  • 1tspn rai,1 tspn jeera
  • 1onion sliced
  • 1tspn Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tbspndhania powder
  • 1tspn Misal powder
  • 6Pau
  • 2Chopped onion
  • leavesChopped Coriander
  • 100 gramsmix farshan and 1 lemon sliced

    Boil math with salt and haldi powder till cooked.

    Now in pan add oil and all the ingredients of Vatan and saute till soft and make paste.

    For aloo bhaji take oil in pan add rai, jeera and hing now add sliced onion,salt to taste and haldi powder saute add bolied potatoes saute garnish with Chopped coriander leaves.

    Now for math: add oil in pan add rai,hing now add cooked math,Kashmiri red chilli powder saute and garnish with Chopped coriander leaves

    Now for rasa in pan put oil, hing,Kashmiri red chilli powder and Vatan paste saute it add dhania jeera powder,salt to taste,Misal powder and water to make rasa boil till oil floats.

    Now for serving in bowl put aloo bhaji, math,lots of rasa top it with mix farshan, Chopped onion,coriander leaves and sliced lemon serve with pau.
