I make this every week for my family—it's very easy and the flavor is amazing.

Mix the cream cheese with the sugar.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Add the heavy cream and cornstarch, mixing until the batter is very smooth and free of lumps.

Preheat the oven to its highest temperature. Once hot, lower the temperature to 350°F (180°C), using both top and bottom heat if possible.

Line a 8-inch (20 cm) cake pan with parchment paper.

Bake for about 30 minutes, then let the cheesecake rest in the oven for a few minutes before removing. Let it cool completely before taking it out of the pan.
