Firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cup curd and whisk and mix well making sure the curd turns smooth texture. Add kasuri methi.Keep aside.

Pressure cook lauki with little water for 2 whistle. Allow it to cool.Drain the water and keep aside.

Heat oil.Add jeera rai and saunf

Add onion and cook till it is little brown.Add red chilli powder and haldi cook again.

Add lauki and mix again.Add salt. Allow it to cool

Mix the onion lauki mixture in dahi mix gently
- 7
Garnish with green coriander and sprinkle some jeera powder
- 8
Serve cold.
