Wash the garlic chive blossoms and cut them into sections. Lightly crush the garlic cloves, but don't smash them completely. Heat oil in a pan, then add the garlic and ground pork. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the garlic chive blossoms and stir-fry over high heat, stirring quickly so the blossoms stay green. Season with oyster sauce, a splash of fish sauce, and a little sugar to taste.
