Steps

Heat oil in a wok or tawa over high heat and fry the 1 onion till golden brown.

Add the cashews and fry till golden. Remove and set aside.

In same oil add the ground beef, whole spices, ginger, garlic, green chillies, powdered spices and cook till colour changes of ground beef, breaking the chunks.

Add the remaining onion, cumin powder, red chillies and half of the cilantro; mix well, cover and simmer till tomatoes have disintegrated and ground beef is cooked.

And the fried onion-cashews, cilantro and mix well.

Squeeze lemon juice, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

Serve with paratha.
