For this pasta, I used some leftover rapini, which I blended with the broccoli to make a very flavorful cream.

For this pasta, I used some leftover rapini, which I blended with the broccoli to make a very flavorful cream.

Clean and wash the broccoli. Boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes, then sauté in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and the garlic. Add the chili pepper and salt, and cook for about 20 minutes, adding some of the broccoli cooking water as needed, until tender.

Blend the broccoli into a cream using an immersion blender. Add the cooked rapini as well.

Cook the pasta, then toss it with the broccoli cream. Plate and top each serving with pieces of burrata cheese.
