No more boring salads! This salad is loaded with tons of flavor and texture. Homemade crunchy croutons, protein- packed cheese and iron- rich spinach.

Notes:
- You can make your own croutons with a slice of bread cut into cubes and drizzled with some olive oil. Bake for 7-9 minutes at 400F.
- I used iceberg lettuce, but you can substitute it for other types.

Ingredients

5 minutes
1-2 servings
  1. 1/2cup, chopped Iceberg lettuce
  2. 1/3cup, chopped Spinach
  3. 1/4, diced Tomato
  4. 1tbsp, sliced or diced Red onions
  5. 2tbsp, diced Extra sharp cheddar cheese
  6. 1/2 cupCroutons
  7. Dressing
  8. 2 tbspRanch dressing (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all ingredients.

    Add ingredients in a bowl. Mix well

  3. 3

    Add Ranch dressing before serving, if desired.

Tips

Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables or proteins!
