Steps

Peel the daikon, cutting away 2-3mm of the skin to remove thick fibers.

Soak the daikon in water for an hour to remove the strong smell.

Cut the daikon into thick slices.

Put ingredients in ninjafoodi pot. cook in low pressure for 25min. open and add other vegetables ingredients. cook in another low pressure for another 25min
Tips
Soaking the daikon helps to mellow its strong flavor.
