Ingredients

10-15minutes
200g mashed sweet potato (steamed and peeled)
  1. 150 gglutinous rice flour
  2. 20 gsugar (adjust to taste)
  3. 1/3 cupwhite sesame seeds
  4. 3 tbspwater (for sticking sesame seeds)
  5. 2 tbspunsalted butter (for frying)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix sweet potato, sugar, and glutinous rice flour into a smooth dough.

    Divide into 10 balls.

    Dip one side in water, then coat with sesame seeds. Then flatten into small cakes.
