Take all the needed ingredients. Young leaves are the best to use.

Ina hot pan add 500ml water and add tea powder,ginger, cinnamon,fennel seed and bring it to boil.

Keep boiling for 2 more mins and add moringa leaves. Then agaon boil for 7 more mins.

Now filter it. Serve. As its helpful for weightloss,we must avoid adding any kind of sugar. And avoid drink it on night. Cinnamon helps to redude the bitterness.
