8-10cherry tomatoes
1 sliceonion, separated (I used shallot)
1 sprigfresh parsley
1 pinchsalt (optional)
1 pinchblack pepper (optional)
1drizzle of olive oil (optional)

Wash the vegetables.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or leave them whole. Slice the onion and chop the parsley. Don’t skip the parsley—it adds amazing flavor!

Place everything in a bowl, season with salt and pepper if desired, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
