Mix all dals and oats wash and soak for 5 hours.

Then grind it with chilli, curry leaves,jeera to smooth batter. Add salt, sugar and pepper powder and mix everything well.

Heat tawa and spread the batter add oil to the edges and cook for a few minutes then turn and cook the other side.

Mix dal cheela is ready to serve with chutney pudi and curd.
