In a pan soak semolina with curd.and give rest for 1 hour.

Maje semisoft batter.put veggies of your choice..put carrot,onion, capsicum and coriander leaves.put salt green chilli finely chopped.add ginger paste.

Mix well.Grease sandwich maker.put baking soda.mix well and spread batter in non-stick sandwich maker.

Put on low flame saute on both sides.and no bread healthy veggie sandwich is ready.serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
