Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 500 gmTapioca
  • 2 tbspcoconut oil
  • 1 tspmustard (big)
  • 1 tspAsafoetida
  • 6-7curry leaves
  • 1dried red chilli
  • 1 tbspginger, garlic and green chillies freshly grounded
  • 6-7shallots roughly chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tbspgrated fresh coconut
  • 1 tspsalt

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean the Tapioca and cut it into cubes. Wash it thoroughly.

    Add some water, salt, and turmeric to the Tapioca and boil it till it becomes tender. Take a pan. Add coconut oil. Add mustard and Asafoetida, curry leaves, dried red chilli, and freshly ground green chillies, ginger, and garlic. Saute for some time on a low flame.

    Add chopped onion and turmeric. Add grated coconut and saute.

    Add boiled Tapioca and mix it well. Continue to cook on a low flame for some more time. Serve.
