Summer season has come, so has the mango season. Kesar mango is very famous in Gujarat. So today I have made a mango ice cream sandwich using mango, ice cream and paneer. Which has become very tasty and delicious. You must try it too. If you want, you can also use any other mango instead of Kesar mango.

1/2 cup pulp of Kesar mango
4-5 sliceskesar mango
2 tbspmango Jam
1/2 cupmelted butter
3 slicesbread

Apply butter on two slices of bread and spread mango jam on one slice. Now place a mango slice on one of the buttered slices and place the buttered slice on it.

Now apply butter on it again and place mango pieces and place mango ice cream on it. Now grate the paneer on it.

Now place the jam-covered slide upside down on it and apply butter, place mango pieces and spread paneer on it. Keep it in the fridge for 1/2 hour to set.
