Add cornflakes+puffed rice in the mixi jar & blend to a fine powder & add salt,cumin seeds+ red chilli powder

Then add curd + rice flour & with the help of water prepare a running consistency batter

Then add chopped coriander and mix well.Now heat a tawa pan grease with oil & pour the batter over it

Cook on a low flame, spread some more oil if required.Cook till crispy.Gently remove from the pan & transfer to a serving plate garnish with chilli flakes and serve crispy dosa and enjoy 😋
