Clean and wash barnyard millet for 4-5 times.

In a cooker vessel add millet mixture and sufficient water. Cook till three whistles.

After cooling add mashed potatoes and coriander, chill and cumin seeds paste. Add salt and mix well.Make tikkis from this mixture.

Heat oil in apan add tikkis and shallow fry till brown and crispy. serve hot.
