Take a big bowl add boiled kala chana & boiled potatoes.

Mash it. Add all spices green chili Coriander.mix well properly.make a dough.take small portion of dough.make like ovalshaped.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Deep fry all kala chana cutlates till brown & crispy. Remove out from oil.

Serve hot kala chana cutlates with green chuteny & tomato sauce. It really very healthy breakfast in morning.
