For Dough: Ready all the ingredients. Mix well. Add water and knead a medium soft dough. Knead dough for 3 minutes and rest the dough for 10 minutes.

For Stuffing: Soak and boil the Chana with some salt. Drain extra water and mash the boiled chana. Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them. Ready all the stuffing ingredients.

Mix and make a tasty stuffing. Now roll the jowar bhakhris. Prick them.Roast them well on one side and lightly on the other side,using ghee and keep ready. These pre preparations help to save time for a hassle-free breakfast making.

Now with all the ingredients ready make this tasty fusion recipe.

For Assembling: Place stuffing on half the area of well roasted side. Apply some ketchup on other half side. Place some onions on the stuffing. Sprinkle salt for the onions.

Grate cheese and fold the bhakri into a semicircle. Roast well using ghee until crispy.

For Garnish: Apply some green chutney on the semicircular side and stick sev on it. Place 3 pomegranate pearls and serve a tasty yummy breakfast.
