Steps

Take a pan add curd ginger garlic paste and Mutton mix well

Now add salt red chili powder coriander powder tarmaric powder mix well and keep in refrigerator for 2hours

Take a pan add oil heat add onion stir fry add green chili coriander mint leaves and almond cashewnut coconut melan seeds stir fry for 2minutes and flame off

After cool grind fine past keep aside

Take sam pan add cumin seeds black pepper clove green cardamom black cardamom ciniman stick bayleaf stir add tomato stir fry to cook add marenat Mutton stir fry to cook well then to tender Mutton

Now add grind masala add 1cup water stir fry to cook add potatoes stir and cook then to tender potato

Now add dassi ghee cook and add fenugreek leaves garammasala coriander leaves mint leaves and keep slow flame for 10minutes and flame off

Now transfer into serving bowl garnish fenugreek leaves and tomato flawar

Ready to serve with paratha or romali roti
